ABOUT
In a tranquil, tree lined country lane running beside the beautiful Ovens River, nestles Tyntynder Cottage in a lush, green environment
This fully self-contained two bedroom cottage (one of four) is set in one acre of magnificent, private, mature gardens. The superb gardens are fenced in such a way that each cottage has its own fully fenced private garden solely for the use of that cottage. Tyntynder Cottage is number 1.

Not only do we welcome you and your family, we also cater to your four legged friends. We have a fully fenced yard with direct access from your cottage, so your dog can safely enjoy some green space and natural environment. As a Ride High Country accredited business we also have secure lock up facilities for your bicycle and cycling gear. And for the romantics, or those who just want a quiet getaway our privacy and seclusion will give you the downtime you crave.

A recent interior refurbishment (December 2017) has put the sparkle back into Tyntynder Cottage and resulted in fresh, clean linens, quality decor, mats and furniture, more comfortable dining options, both inside and out, and a much improved kitchen set-up. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Markets
Plan your trip to coincide with a visit to one of the many farmer's markets. You’ll find one operating on any given weekend. Fill your basket with the best farm fresh produce, meet the growers and taste their foods.

Wineries
From gentle slopes to rich low plains, from multi-generation family vineyards to innovative young winemakers, there is a diversity and abundance of exceptional wine across six wine regions.
Pets
Pets are welcomed as members of your family and they are allowed inside, under supervision. While we allow your pets to stay for free, there are some rules we insist are followed. Pets are not allowed on the beds nor to be washed in the bath. To minimise disturbance to other guests, under no circumstances are dogs to be left alone – either in the cottage or in the garden. Day or night. When you go out they must go with you unless they are being dogsat. Dogsitting is available should you need it. Please enquire when you book. All dog refuse must be picked up before you leave. If any dog refuse or damage is recorded from your stay, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
